1. Allergen Notice
 

Tea4Peace products and experiences may contain or come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, and various spices and herbs. Our preparation environment is not allergen-free, and cross-contact is possible even where a specific product does not list an allergen as an ingredient.

Guests with food allergies or sensitivities must notify us prior to ordering or attending an experience. While we will make reasonable accommodations where possible, Tea4Peace cannot guarantee any product is completely free of a given allergen, and guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should exercise independent judgment about participation.
 

2. Herbal & Botanical Disclaimer
 

Our teas and beverages contain herbs, botanicals, flowers, and spices that may interact with medications or medical conditions. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, under a physician's care, or managing a chronic condition should consult their healthcare provider before consuming any herbal or botanical product.
 

3. Food Safety & Handling
 

Products are prepared and shipped in accordance with applicable food-safety practices. Once a product is delivered, its handling and storage (including refrigeration, where applicable) becomes the customer's responsibility.
 

4. No Cash Refunds on Opened Consumables
 

Consistent with the Shipping & Returns Policy, opened tea and food products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than a genuine quality or fulfillment error.
